Excellent service! I was looking for carpet cleaning service for an apartment suite I was renting. I originally had to contact the Edmonton location as the Calgary phone number did not work. I was quickly connected with the manager of the Calgary location. We corresponded via text message to arrange a date and time. When things came up, the team was flexible with changing the date and time. On the day of, the cleaner arrived promptly on time. The invoice was sent shortly after. Thank you to Jackson, Alisa, and the cleaner for being part of an excellent experience. The landlord's agent and myself were very impressed with the job done. I received my full damage deposit back thanks in part to Double Clean.
